I kinda hate it for Sirmon because it's not his fault he keeps getting hired, but the DC trade and complete 180 for both programs with more or less the same players (on our side at least; not sure about Louisville) probably puts a nail in his coffin for quite some time as far as another DC job after Petrino fires him. He really should fall back and take a position coach job under a good DC he can learn from if he wants to stay in coaching.
