He and Max Howell had an afternoon radio show back in the day. Mostly about what was for dinner which always included cat head biscuits and lemon ice box pie.
McKinney was once the SID at TSUN, and Max once coached there.

He joined the “sources are saying” bad things are going to happen to MooU crowd this summer as the heat turns up in Bucky. He actually had a tweet in which he said he didn’t have a dog in the hunt... and then commented positively towards OM in relation to the investigation. He is a graduate of OM and used to work there. That is most certainly having a dog in the hunt.

Wasn't it McKinney that made the comments about Ron Zooks daughter being "strong"? He was hosting a Memphis sports talk show at that time. They were on a remote somewhere. He did not realize the mic was still hot.
