Why are we not getting bigger plays in the run game?

We have run the ball extremely well this year, but, outside of Fitz's big run Saturday, the lack of big plays in the running game is perplexing.

How can you run the ball so effectively & yet never break one?

I want to hear the bull story from the Kang himself.

Shotgun - we are tied for 3rd in the SEC for runs over 10 yards with 50

Yeah good point.

Seems like we just haven't broke many though. Just kind of odd

Looking at the stat detail, only 10 of the 50 have gone for 20+ - so we are kind of in between. Guess it depends on your definition of "big play in the running game"

For the Kang: is it weird doing a podcast with a guy that would have called for you to be fired after 1994 and probably would have been stubborn enough to stick to that position through the 1998-2000 glory years?

I love Coach Sherrill... Always will. With that being said, it's time to revisit the 90's:

"Is it a Big Plus, or a BIG, Big Plus, that the NCAA is finally laying the wood to Mississippi?"

We all talk about the 1992, pre-Texas "bull story." But how about #7 setting the tone, on that Texas punt return?

How great is it, that Coach Sherrill is appearing on a podcast, where all he has to remember, is numbers?

How gratifying was it, to finally get that (long overdue) win over Alabama in '96?

What does he think about the increase in staff sizes for the football program at Alabama and it effects.

Ask the Kang if he's enjoying the slow death spiral of the bearsharks.

I didn't call for Jackie's removal until 2003.

Ask him what his favorite win was at MSU and how it stacked up with his time at Pitt and TAMU. Who does he pull for in the The Battle for Maroon?

Ask him what he thinks about our OL.

Although he won't say, I would love to know who he's pulling for deep down on Saturday. Either way, Jackie will always be my favorite coach.

I think he genuinely loves both schools and their fan bases. He's probably pretty torn.

I would guess you're exactly right.
