OM opened themselves up to this the moment they decided not to fire Freeze when they received the NOA, especially when they received the amended one.
He had been actively involved in Level 1 violations, and did nothing to stop his staff from continuing to commit violations even after the initial NOA dropped.
The WBB coach wasn?t involved but OM ?held him responsible? for the actions of his staff.
Yeah, he definitely has a strong case for wrongful termination.
