I read that the couple was standing for the entire game and was repeatedly asked to sit. They got tired of hearing the request, she went after the older man, he probably responded with a remark that the newest residence of the “better not drop the soap” club didn’t like and that’s where the video comes in. But then again, earlier this week the perps who beat up the ex-marine at Huddle House in West Point in 2014 received 5-years or so prison sentence. So there's that.

How Dak handled it? He had not choice, they jumped him. It was like 15 on 3, they never had a chance, that's why they got beat down. Another reason to not engage in that tomfoolery.

Let me give an example of how this ends in TX in a road rage situation. Just as the Harvey rain was ending here in Houston, and the sun began to shine, just outside my suburban neighborhood, a young man in a convertible angered another man somehow creating a road rage situation. They stopped at a red light about 100 yards from the turn in to my neighborhood, and the guy that was mad walked up to the convertible (top down) and began to punch the driver. The driver unloaded a pistol through the door, killing the man that was hitting him on the spot. This occurred about a block from where a number of national guard and police were parked, helping with the flooding, so they began performing cpr on the guy almost immediately. Hopefully, this young hot head will learn that these situations rarely end well.

Fine and or jail time could increase if the judge wanted to impose it. Simple assault does not increase to a felony after 3 convictions like a simple domestic assault does.
