O.T. Question for you Industrial Engineering Bullies

First of all, thank you for opening my thread request.

I'm just trying to get an idea for my wife's nephew who would consider moving to the U.S.A.

He currently is pursuing his industrial engineering degree at Catholic University in Lima Peru. He is in his 3rd year and currently sits in the top 20% of his class and from what I know, this is a VERY prestigious University in Peru,.

He is one of the best youngsters you would ever meet . I love this guy and anyone who had the opportunity to meet him would as well. He is so well mannered, brought up well and Smart as hell. His English is coming along well as well. I'm sure it will be perfected very soon.

Can any of you guys give me an idea of what chances this guy would have getting sponsored and hired here in the U.S.A.?

Any advice / ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I graduated I.E. in 2008. He would have an excellent chance for employment in th US after graduation. Also the IE program here had several international students when I was in school.
