Usually by game 5 you have a good idea about a team but I still don?t know what to think of us. We got blown out by two top 8 teams and our signature win is a blowout over a team that was beaten by a Troy team that is currently losing to USA but beat Florida on the road. Are we top 5 in the SEC or 10? I guess we?ll get a better idea at the Kentucky game.

South Alabama fired their OC about a week ago. I remember Les being their OC very briefly right before we hired Dan and then Dan hired Les from them. I was actually thinking that Hevesy might be an OC candidate for them- he would run our offense and with Jones being a Bear Bryant guy I figured he might like that kind of offense there. I never mentioned it until now because there were no rumors and it's way too soon to speculate on something like that.
