Today's JC football talent is nowhere the talent level it was 25-30 years ago...I was at Northwest the same time Cortez Kennedy was there and he didn't start until his sophomore season...

The kid is pretty good based on what I saw last night (NE defense sucks by the way) but if he is as big as they list him I'd be surprised. As others have said, I trust Mullen here big time.

We actually have 2 great QBs already committed so I doubt we need a Juco QB unless he is Cam Newton.

They looked good last night. That being said as bad as Northeast's defense looked most any receivers would have looked good. Last night was not a good night to evaluate them.

Just for info: according to what I was told at that game last night the Itawambe QB has one offer.......Central Arkansas.

Meanwhile Jyaoon Maydon busted a 95 yard TD tonight, he just outran everything.
