Ole Miss runs for 10 inches on first play from acrimmage.

Followed by 3&out then a punt.

I'm expecting a beat down.
Just as I say that, Bama throws a pass. If they never throw again they win by 30.

I haven't been to a game at Alabama in years. At what point does this getting boring to them?

I really have no idea how it would feel to expect to win every game and actually win every damn game.

BulldogBear

Run the ball nick.

Even now the ghost of Bucky lives rent free in Nick's head. Why he insists on trying constantly do all this passing against Ole Miss is beyond me. Don't have Lane as an excuse anymore either.

Lol good one. Hurts pulled a Fitz on that one. Why Hurts is throwing the ball is beyond me. I’d put all three 5 star running backs in run the I and just run all over Ole Miss. Hey Bama, Ole Miss run defense sucks ass.

Really Clark?

At my game last night I had a Bama fan tell me that Saban had been dropping hints all week that they were going to run it up tonight. If so they are well in their way.

I respect what Saban's done at Bama, and don't begrudge them for becoming what they are. But they're ruining SEC football. Or at least SEC West football.

I'm shocked. Bama WR holding and no flag.***

Bama could hang 100 on OM tonight but they won’t, cause Saban always calls off the dogs when it’s obviously over.

Lol, k. It's boring having a team that can essentially name the score against about 11 of the other 13 teams in the conference year in and year out.

Again, I respect them for becoming the monster they've become. And I would hope we would do the same if given the opportunity. That doesn't stop it from getting stale.

Our opponents where I'm talking about say the same thing. Maybe they are right. That doesn't change the fact that every damn one of them would switch places with us if they could. Again, it's a loser mentality. The winners don't whine, they do something. A few of them have over the decades.

I essentially just said in my last post that I would switch places with them if we could, I have no problem admitting that. I expect us to compete with them (and Auburn, and UGA) and it drives me crazy every time we seemingly roll over in the 1st quarter against the big boys. BUT the Saban Era has still gone stale. I'm ready for the next chapter and to see what happens when Bama's destabilized a little.

ETA: and if they manage to keep this level of dominance up after Saban's gone, then more power to them. I hope we eventually nut up and go toe to toe with them.

Good Lord, Saban is scary. According to Holly Rowe, his motivational message was "we haven't blown Ole Miss out in a long time."

I don't know how the guy does it, he's a machine.

These Alabama QBs are in absolutely no way preparing themselves for the NFL.

They've basically signed up to beat the shit out of everyone for 3-4 years & get no better themselves.

Tou is athletic & will obviously be a very good Bama QB, but I don't like the way he throws. Ball doesn't come out right.

Neither. My understanding is the crap like Parrish Alford has been spewing got back to him. I can understand that, Parrish is why I let my 20+ year subscription to the Daily Journal expire. I won't re-subscribe as long as he is there.

Do they have anyone else? I'm being serious. Their depth is already at probation levels.

And here's the scary thing for them- if they do have other people and they aren't developing them it's only going to get worse for them.

That's a good question I don't even know who the backup is lol. The future for the bears is pretty bleak. They have no depth now and after the NCAA finishes with them they're in a world of hurt,
