If you insist on moving forward with your lawsuit ...you might want to read the FBI's case...they are prosecuting the fraud aspect of the pay for play schemes.... So let's say that when examining your books it is shows that there is an unusual amount of "shrinkage" and if you wrote it off, the IRS might see that as fraud..... ohhh and just so you know, the IRS form to report fraud is 3949-A....I've filled a few out myself and have had some great results seeing tax cheats go to jail. While your at it....you may want to read the briefs filed in this case.... it's quite evident that your boy Merkel is outclassed by all three defense counsel. So by all means....move forward with your misguided lawsuit.......
