Maybe they can make it to the NIT every other year with Andy coaching.

I think Kennedy does a pretty damn good job for what he's got to work with. Does that translate to being successful at a high profile school? I don't know. But having to give recruits an umbrella on their official visits in the past just to watch your team play....that's tough to recruit in.

haha, that would be hilarious. I'm sure most OM peeps would love for this to happen though.

They give them a lot more than umbrellas at Louisville.

Louisville Kentucky, or Louisville Mississippi?**

Won't happen.

I think he could win there

No way in hell they want him. They'll go get a name.

I know a couple that would pay his air fare.

He's won at om. Winning at Louisville is a totally different criteria for winning. I don't think AK would make them a final 4 threat year-in, year-out

They're going to be lucky not to get the death penalty. If anything, Kennedy is too big of a name for them to hire.

That would not end well. Louisville is way too close to Cincinnati.

Not even a mention, http://www.courier-journal.com/story/sports/college/louisville/2017/09/27/louisville-cardinals-basketball-who-might-replace-rick-pitino/707259001/

Jerry Eaves would be a solid/honest choice.

I'd laugh so hard if he bolted before the season.

Apparently they can't fire Pitino for at lest 10 days or they will owe him millions.

That was discussed as well.

That's why he's on administrative leave probably. They may have to wait until he's indicted or convicted to get out of that buyout.

We do NOT need this to happen. It is in our best interest to keep AK in Oxford for as long as possible.

Stupid ass decision. Andy Kennedy is at a school that is willing to go above and beyond and whore itself out for success. He makes the NIT every other year. What a garbage hire that would be

Dawg61

Louisville is close to Cincinnati so wouldn't that be breaking the restraining order that cabbie has on AK

Dash Riprock

Andy would run through the wall in their new practice facility then run all the way to Kentucky for that job

I don't see anybody taking that job. Hell, there might not even BE a job there before long.

Kinda like the OM job, nobody, except Matt Luke, is gonna take it without knowing what's gonna happen.
