Building a program the right way

This is what it looks like when a head coach and admin build a program the right way and don't take shortcuts. It takes time to build and the temptations are there to take shortcuts(like other have done). I'm thankful for Dan and his willingness to stay the course. Build consistent success little by little and then you start attracting more talent. We are now not only getting the hard workers who develop but more elite players who are also hard workers. We are seeing that happen now. Our trajectory is on an upward path. Still work to do but the future is bright!

Even better we don't have to explain to the NCAA why we have a hotel on campus used for illegal recruiting or why our coach was buying escorts for recruit. And we actually get to keep our bowl trophies too.
