It comes with it automatically. Any bowl ban longer than one year includes a free transfer for any player who would run out of eligibility before the ban expires.

how do bowl bans work with self imposed? If NCAA says 2 does that mean 3 total with the 1 they self imposed, or does the 1 this year count only making it 2 years total?
