LHP 6'3 235lbs - rated 9.5 by perfect game out oh high school. Signed With Indiana then transferred to Madison College in Madison, WI. At Madison he went 7-2 with 2.16 era. In 66.2 innings he had 93k's to 29 walks. Was clocked at 91mph coming out of high school. This seems to be a huge pickup if he is eligible for 2018. I dont know what classification Madison college is to know the transfer rules.

Madison College is a JUCO. It makes sense because we need LHP and we could lose our entire rotation next year if it's Pilkington, France, and Billingsley. My guess is he will be a 2019 guy.

And too add your premise isn't what we want. We want the best. Now that might be a 9.5 guy as you call em, but we want the best guys and we still sign em and some will go pro. Part of the process.
