I don't expect a let down next week. I saw a defense yesterday that was embarrassed by last year & played with a chip on their shoulder.

After yesterday's showing, there has to be a ton of excitement in those defensive players to get back to work. They trust this coaching staff & know they have a chance to be great.

IDK, the attitude on defense yesterday was something we haven't see around here in a long, long time.

Agree regarding the attitude and I'm pleased with the overall performance b/c shutting down anybody the way our guys did is highly impressive. However, I also think that Charleston Southern did very little to challenge us or prepare us for the coming season as they had no vertical passing game at all. They were as one-dimensional as you can be and had no where close to the athletes to match up with us.

But I do think we have 7 or more future Sunday players on D so that does bode well for a top-6 SEC defense this year imo.

The line is really -1? Espn gives us 87% chance to win. That doesn't add up. We win by 3 tds.
