We held USA to fewer points at half ... in fact, we were upsetting them at the half. **

What's the vault's attendance look like tonight? All I hear is polite applause when a first down is made.

Damn, I can't imagine how much better we'd be with AJ.

I know he's a slap dick but losing him & Lashley keeps us from competing for Atl

Looks pretty full, about the same percentage we had today. The noise level is nothing compared to that at the Mercedes Benz stadium though.

That was a filthy catch and run by Brown

Yeah, that was quite a play. They definitely had a good offense.

Great catch by AJ; but if Patterson continues to throw that pass, it'll turn into a bunch of ints this year

Completely agree.

I don't think anything makes me more furious than Ole Miss actually coming into Starkville and stealing away one of the best receivers we've had come out of the state in a while. How many times have we gone into Oxford and pulled a big name? I don't know if I'm more angry at our staff for allowing that to happen or Ole Miss for their cheating ways but I hope they burn and never become relevant again.

Oh, they're gonna pay for their cheating soon. I can't wait to see the flood of transfers once the NCAA opens the gate

#1: We were NEVER getting AJ. I heard that from his junior year on.
#2: Given where and HOW he wound up where he did we TRUELY didn't want him. People who still bring this crap up should have let him go a LONG time ago.

If a kid is from Starkville that should make us the overwhelming favorite. Like I said earlier, how many have we pulled from Oxford? Also, with our depleted wide receiving corp how in the world did we truly not want him.

We were never in "play" for AJ. That is a VERY good thing as it turns out. THAT is why we didn't want him. Take your crap back up north where it belongs.

Why is that good thing?

We would not be better with AJ...
We would have to put up with his dad....

It's not a good thing, but it is true. He never wanted to come to State any more than Leo Lewis ever wanted to go to Ole Miss. It sucks, but there's nothing our staff or a different adminstration at SHS could have done about it. If OM hadn't made him an offer he couldn't refuse, he'd be at Bama right now. That was where he really wanted to go before the pot got sweetened.

Yeah, how the hell is AJ's recruitment not in the 2nd NOI?

No hard credible evidence, only hearsay.
