Personally, its a stupid argument. We all wanted him (our coaches included) before signing day. But he made his choice and burned that bridge. I don't see it ever being another choice in the future of whether our coaches or fans want him, regardless of what the NCAA does. He ain't ever coming here.

Yeah, I don't think they lose till the CFP if they ever do. No one in the SEC seems to have the necessary personnel to hang with them. Clemson or Ohio State might be able to get them again, but after 14-1 last season my guess is they will be a team on a mission.

I texted my OM buddy the same thing. All that scampering and slangin' it is not a sustainable approach to football in the SEC. He agreed, and added that Shay needed to learn how to just throw the ball away.

They still can't run the ball consistently, lol. All of these "ooh, ahh" QB to WR highlight reels are nice and all, but all it takes is a couple 3 and outs against a decent team and your defense is gassed before halftime.....and their D was hot garbage. Great recipe for success, lol.

Passing wise this is true but Manziel had a gift of scramble like no one I've ever seen. His freshman year I watched Matt Wells get within inches of him numerous times and never touch him and Wells was freakishly fast/quick.
Patterson is a good qb but if he keeps thinking he is Manziel he is going to have a long painful year.

When we were playing third team guys vs. CSU the mighty Plantation Bears still had their starters in keeping SA from making a 4th quarter comeback. If Shea goes done they are done on offense. And the same for AJ since he's the go to WR.
