That's a better highlight reel than most great 4 year players have.....and that's just Year 1 of Fitz. Imagine that plus more accuracy passing, and it's hard not to get wooly about this season. What an impressive highlight tape. His year last year didn't get enough national praise. Had we beaten USA, I bet the attention he got last year triples

Awesome video. The kid looks like a giraffe out there...both are huge and deceivingly fast. Did you know a giraffe can run up to 37mph?!? It's crazy how many of those runs he was untouched due to players taking some horrible lines/angles. This is what I call the "Giraffe Effect"

Fitz's upside is limited by how well he learns to lead and read defenses.

If he doesn't progress any as a passer, I can see the Collin Klein comparison. With progression as a passer though, I will throw out the name of another quarterback who played wide receiver during his first two years in college before becoming the starting quarterback and ultimately a top 10 pick.
