He was just recruiting current UNM assistants to be on his future staff. Ole Danny Hugh is, after all, the recruiting mastermind. I heard he brought Alexis and Dynasty along with him in case anyone needed "convincing."

The rumors reported on ooB this morning was that Freeze called an assistant while the assistant was at practice and asked him if he would joining Freeze's staff when he landed on his feet somewhere. Also that he was at a Foundation Golfing event and it weirded some folks out. Was not mentioned that he was actually at a practice and I see no way anyone would allow that to happen

From my work experience, usually you only get a restraining order if you threaten violence against the place of work. I've actually heard of people that have been fired before and going back to visit old co-workers from time to time without incident. Typically if a place fires you and there is no violence involved they'll just politely ask that you don't return to visit but more often than not as long as the fired co-worker doesn't do anything and isn't a nuisance it's not a big deal.

Not a good look.

Their best head coaching candidate on their staff right now is Jack Bicknell- which could happen depending on the timing of when Luke is shown the door.

If anybody would do some of the crap mentioned, it would be Freeze. However, I don't know how much weight I would give anything spread by McCready, Ben, or Yancy.. None of them said anything negative about Freeze until he was out. As predicted, they've turned and criticized everything about him going back to when he started. Two months ago, they were saying he should get a shorter suspension than Pitino and now they say it's a slam dunk show cause(which it is).

Ultimately, I have more contempt for Ole Miss and those still toting the water than I do Hugh now. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

This is not true. I know for a fact he came in and installed his offense (signals, calls, etc.). The being hired because they could get no one else part might be true, but Longo has put in his stuff.

He may have installed some packages, but he didn't re-tool that offense. That would be the equivalent of Mullen letting that happen if he were to bring in another OC. Freeze ran HIS offense everywhere he went. Bringing in Longo didn't change that.
