Is Ole Miss investigating itself to find out of escorts have been purchased for recruits?

Articles everywhere are implying a link between recruiting and escorts. Ross Bjork himself said there have been escort calls made correlated to recruiting trips.

This does not mean Hugh Freeze has been lining up escorts for recruits. But shouldn't that question be asked? I mean, they tell us that Ole Miss is full of integrity and transparency. When are we going to find out they're looking into this. And what will the answer be?

When is a reporter going to ask Ole Miss these questions?

I honestly dont think they would come out and admit it even if they were looking into it. That would kill the program and they are in survival mode.

Sorry but I almost died laughing at the thought. After all this spin, blame, etc there is no way Bjork and co. have now decided to come clean. They told us all long time ago that they were #AllIn

I expect Godfrey to come out with an article on his independent investigation any day now.

They are in more serious trouble. It is just a matter of time before it is known that this was common occurence on recruiting trips to give recruits a sneak preview of what would be in Oxford during Recruitpalooza and what they could have if they committed.

Just out of curiosity, how many on this board have ever been on an official recruiting visit? I ask this because at almost any school you go to (no matter the division) for an official visit (especially football), you are going to be surrounded by women on your visit, and if you put in the slightest amount of effort you will be laid. The difference is, at almost every other school in the country the coaches dont need to do it. The players have enough game to get women for the recruits. Im wondering why they had to get hookers for players when I know for fact there are 1000's of girls at OM that would jump at the chance to bang a future NFL football player. I remember when Sean Alexander visited Bama there were women asking to have his child. So is the fact that OM had to get hookers more of an indictment on the school (Athletic Department), players (cant pull women on their own), or the girls at OM????

He'll have an exclusive interview with "the" escort from Tampa who will swear it was just for her little Bucky Beaver cause he was a naughty beaver and she would never have sex with a minor for money because that's just icky and disgusting.

And then he'll say cased closed, Freeze is a sex addict.

Cause they know what they are paying for with hookers. No extra bullshit.

With everything else they have lied about, why would this surprise anyone?

OM has many soristitutes, and many are willing, but very few of these are professionals. If you want the best, you gotta pay... Just don't tell the folks you're buying them for that they aren't real.

The reason you go with pros is that you are also paying for discretion and silence....all it would take is for one co-ed to talk to bring it all down....that being said ..back when I was working, my boss was the father of the top rated QB in the country.... he said his son narrowed his list to his 5 official visits... he chose the school he went to based on the fact the limo that picked him up had 6 naked women in it...they were pros and they were available to him the entire weekend.

Ole Miss needs to be asked point blank about this. OBVIOUSLY they have to look into this.

If they say they don't need to, then WTF and media roasts the.

If they said they looked into it and Saul GoodMan, the they are screwed when they eventually get busted after saying they looked for this and found nothing.

They they look into it, found nothing, and no bad news ever breaks then oh well... But I seriously doubt this scenario happens.

If they say they looked into it and found more damning stuff, then Welp they are still screwed.

Screwed, screwed, and screwed are the most likely outcomes to the question, "are you investigating escorts being bought for recruits?"

Has anyone sent this possible infraction to their compliance department? I am not sure, but didn't they request help finding this stuff cause they were so squeaky clean they were having trouble finding even the simplest of infractions.

They know. Been trying to hide it all along. Freeze taking the fall for making a mistake on his phone records. Recruits talked about it. Pictures on Twitter. What else do they need? Lack of instate media attention lets it slide......

As I have stated previously, I doubt it very seriously that Freeze was lining up hookers for recruits. However, no one in the Ole Miss A. D office has any credibility, so it is nearly impossible for me to believe anything they say. As a result, the only way this is laid to rest is for the NCAA to investigate. What a cluster-F--K.
ETA:One angle that I cannot ignore though, is that Ole Miss stood by Freeze "like a stone wall" and then, BOOM! they run from him. Freeze was both powerful and popular enough to survive a standard sex scandal, but then he just walks a away from a 16 million contract because he nailed an escort? I'm having trouble getting my arm around this for some reason. Perhaps I am just reading too much into it, but it just does not pass the "smell test". We will see.

Haha, that's like Gullible Ben Garrett saying Ole Miss uncovered all the violations, then Wolken pointing out to him that , "Sure they did, after the NCAA started an investigation. Their brilliant compliance department didn't find any of it until the NCAA pointed out what they were looking for. Then they said, yeah here's the deal" (paraphrasing)

Regardless of exactly what was happening there is a pretty huge lie being told right now. If Hugh was consorting with hookers while traveling on a private plane with other coaches they'd have known something was up. You can't be in close proximity: plane, hotels, ground transport, etc... and keep that hidden. No way he was hiring escorts and they 'just' found out about it.
