Overheard this weekend on a flight from Atlanta to Jackson:

One man: "Gannett will soon announce that the Clarion-Ledger will be going to a four-times-a-week publication sometime in 2018."
Another man: "It's just a local copy of USA Today anyway. Even the sports coverage sucks."

Oh my, what will the Rebels do when they don't have a daily mouthpiece in the Capital City? Print up copies of the Daily Mississippian and truck them here?
