I don't believe that. I would be surprised if a college football coach answered his Phone at practice. Having been around several college programs, most coaches leave cell phones in their offices.

Probably wasn't his real phone. Just a burner maybe? Only certain people have that number and he'd want to answer those calls.

Because they said only their coaches have burners. They didn't give them to players.
