Hear a lot of rumors so I'm trying to remember but I think a recent one was that Barney was going to sue and that Freeze's attorney would be one of the defendants named in the suit but not necessarily Freeze himself.

But that Barney was suing somebody anyway.

It was bound to happen eventually.

There have been rumors of Bjork being done with prominent OM folks for weeks. If they have any sense they can Kyle Campbell too.

I've long thought OM's best defense in front of the COI was to can everyone and have a new AD and staff go in front of the COI and say, "We have no idea what went on here or know what those crazy whack jobs were thinking, but we are committed to compliance and it's a new day at OM"

OM would still get pounded by sanctions but at least the COI wouldn't be actively pissed at the OM administration sitting across from them.

I agree that this is probably their best move. It's too late for that now though.

It is innovative - no one has ever tried it before.
