This sounds an awful lot like Mars doesn't really care if he gets phone records from UNMAA or not-----

Quote - I think the better question is why wasn?t he fired a long time ago. After all, in just a few weeks of investigation, we found credible evidence that would have justified Freeze?s termination 18 months ago.

I like this quote: The key lesson here is simple: if you’re using a burner phone to keep people from discovering your misconduct – personal or otherwise – don’t leave the phone unattended and make sure you “burn” it when you’re done.

Hmmmmm........

I didn't really interpret it like that. Throughout the short conversation, he just seemed in awe of the ineptitude of those at OM, and the firing question was just an example of that.

Very interesting, who could be Mr Yang who purchased the burner phone? Gotta be a Coach, I wonder what credit card it's on?

Sounds like ol Tom and his team have found some info off those burner phones. Like the part where he said if people thought it would be difficult to recover info off those phones they would be right. However if they thought it would be impossible they're in for a big surprise.

I'm more concerned with what the NCAA is going to do at this point vs what Mars is going to do. There is clear evidence of Freezus calling an escort service for Tampa where he was NOT there where services were solicited to be rendered . Mars was hired to prove that UM violated their contract with Nutt, not to bring more NCAA violations against tsun.

Bear nation contends the investigation is over. (we've heard that before, no?). Is it? that's the question that begs for an answer.

so freeze is busted on one call to tampa when he wasn't there....and then djork and & co. search thru"39,000 phone records" and find a "disturbing pattern of misconduct" and then freezus admits ALL of the escorts were for him...yeah, right

djork can't keep his lies straight....

It sounds, to me, that he has more information that what has been published publicly. Remember, Rosey found the hooker number so Mars is sharing intel. He may be focused on his client and collecting all disparaging evidence against Nutt, while passing along anything else for others to bolster their initiatives.

Freeze hasn't publicly admitted to anything, but on the day of his firing Bjork said that when confronted with the evidence (from the other 5 years of phone records) he admitted to wrong-doing. And Bjork, in the same vein, mentioned "moral turpitude", so one can easily conclude that Freeze admitted to dealing with hookers.

One theory is there are more bombshells out there which might not line up with whatever Freeze would have to say in an apology.

Just because Bjork said he "admitted to wrongdoing," does not mean that he did. I believe that when Bjork talks, it is 50/50 as to whether it is the truth or not.

i watched djork on finebaum again and djork claims that freezus told them that the escorts were all for him. this is one good reason djork won't be around very long, imo. a fairly reliable rumor from tupelo hotshots is that the bears "have an offer on the table for djork"....intended to mean a buy-out to get rid of him.
