now that we know he wasn't in Tampa for the escorts? doesn't common sense tell us this "pattern of behavior" Bjork referred to was for croots?

can the NCAA demand the records?

???? An Attorney sure can and has... OM has failed to turn over those requested phone records. All of those records are in
possession of OM. They are required to audit phone records monthly.... Just need to subpoena internal audit and any other OM employee.

I 'thought' that the NCAA checked 'some' of the records for compliance.... Now they need to check ALL of the records....

I'm worried the NCAA doesn't really want to hand out a death penalty, and they know they'd have to if they had all those phone records. Hope I'm wrong.

But it's too late for that. If the NCAA was scared of what they would find they wouldn't have returned to Oxford for a 2nd NOA.

Someone reported that the investigators were seen in Brookhaven not to long ago. If they are still investigating I would only imagine that the phone records would be a part of any thorough investigation.

Exactly. This OM colonoscopy is about to turn into an autopsy

I'm just wondering if the NCAA decided to revisit the records after the bomb shell. Now they have a different avenue to check out it would appear.

The NCAA wanted Hugh Freeze out of college football. I don't think they want Ole Miss out of football, but if prostitutes were routinely provided for by Freeze or other well up the Athletic Department food chain, it may go that way. Ole Miss may not field a team for three years but they will have tarnished their name for three decades.

Well the NCAA may not request them but if the IDIOT Warren and his ambulance chaser want to continue down their own path to self destruction....I'm sure Miller's , Leo's, and Kobe's lawyer will subpoena them in unredacted form....and as we have found from Mars ....if you have the recruit's phone records, you can find the burner phones ....and then that is when shit gets real interesting. Look at how hard Freeze fought to not be deposed in Miller's first lawsuit there is a reason...

Hookers for minors should get state and federal law enforcement involved.

Even if it just is a rumor, the Feds need to check into it. Maybe the NCAA will back off and let the damage be done by other agencies.

If someone/anyone documented hookers for croots from the phone records and blasted this disclosure via social media, the NCAA wouldn't have a choice but to act.

I was told that ole Barney was a very good record keeper as to where the burner phones: who had them, the number etc.
