BASS abandons Louisiana

Because of public/private water access issues. Is this the spark that causes LA to join the rest of the country and the Navigable Water Act.

Given LAs history of doing things logically, I doubt it.

I severely doubt anything is passed to rectify this ridiculous situation. I've never had an issue to date, but it's probably just a matter of time.
