Federal Court says they have no jurisdiction in this case. Basically tells Mr. Mar's to file the case in LOCAL court..... There is a very fine line in employment law and federal court.....

In a few minutes on Finebaum, he id going to have a statement from Houston Nutt's case... Remember this will probably end up in the 5th Circuit court of appeals in New Orleans.....

And it did. He's refiling with more info than he originally filed. He filed in Federal court, knowing it would get dismissed so he could gather evidence for the state case. Brilliant.
