I wonder if the NCAA has requested Bjorks phone records yet? It is one thing to try to get around Mars requests but the NCAA can use a guilty until proven innocent standard. It was a strategy play by Bdork, agreed upon by Freeze with the promise they would hide those other 33,000+ calls the best they could to save him some dignity I imagine. But I bet they come to light eventually. It might be after the COI meets, but I bet they don't hide them forever.

Keep in mind, Bjork had already been made aware of Hugh's phone records and the call to the hooker.

Well, compliance actually agreed to some things in the final report that did not happen. Many of the supporting details in the final NCAA report were wildly inaccurate and overstated. No matter how you slice it, it was managed better than Ole Miss has handled this mess though.
