I must've missed this quote from the Chattnoga Free Times Press, July 23, via the Commercial Appeal from Bdork. This must've left a mark on some of those shitbirds:

According to the Commercial Appeal in Memphis, when Ole Miss athletic director Ross Bjork was asked Thursday whether he now considered Freeze a fraud, the AD replied: "I can only go on the facts. What did the record show?"

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's. clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. The World English Bible translates the passage as: ?Beware of false prophets, who come to you in. sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves.
Matthew 7:15

Interesting, In the picture, Freeze doesn't have on a wedding ring....

It's amazing to me that this is all being thrown at freeze despite what Barney did, Tunsil did, Saunders did, Kiffin did, Harris did, boosters did, and countless others including the Athletic Director being accused of orchestrated lying to recruits.

"Nothing to see here. It was just Freeze calling escorts. That's the only thing that happened."***

Yes, this is all an attempt by the university to lose that LOIC badge by the NCAA. They are trying like hell to pin this all on Freeze. There's a reason Mars wants Bjorks phone records and there's a reason they are resisting. It's the only card they have left to play though.

And showing that his phone calls were littered with about a million unreported violations (slight hyperbole) might show that they were not monitoring compliance and had lost institutional control... not that the University of Mississippi has ever had "institutional control." Maybe we should send the national guard back to campus again to take control.

You mean the same guy that up until the point it was proven he was calling hookers, they were standing behind 100%?? My gosh those are some stupid 17ers.

They're having to play it carefully. Freeze could Nutt on 'em. He knows where the bodies are buried. And Freeze knows this wasn't just him.

If they keep making so many questionable decisions, then someone's going to have to step in eventually to gain control of their mess. They have painted themselves into a no win position with these phone records. Guess if they keep them out of the COI's hands they're prepared to pay their way out later.

I wonder if the NCAA has requested Bjorks phone records yet? It is one thing to try to get around Mars requests but the NCAA can use a guilty until proven innocent standard. Why would you not care to turn over phone records when all it shows is what number you called and when? Anybody wants my phone records can have them.

What I find absolutely hysterical is that they've been delaying the NCAA case as much as possible, and now they've potentially waited too long. The Freeze escort news broke. And the findings from the phone records will likely be public before the COI hearing now. They have seriously mismanaged this saga about as poorly as you could ever imagine. It's honestly hard to think of a single correct decision they've made since Elitedawgs broke the news of the ongoing investigation several years ago.

I don't wish any mercy on those lying liars and crooks, but I know at least the lead counsel is a highly intelligent individual. I know they're legal team didn't create the mess, but are trying to manage it in the best interests of themselves. But they have made some seemingly ignorant decisions the whole way through like you said. It is laughable, and the more decisions they make, the closer they will get to the punishment they truly deserve...lol!! And believe you me I will be rueing extremely hard!!

"I can only go on the facts. What did the record show?"

What did Bdork say to tv cameras on the Monday two days before Freeze got fired? Sounded totally different than what he's saying now.

Ouch! I don't remember exactly, but it was high praise, then two days later he's a fraud. It was a strategy play by Bdork, agreed upon by Freeze with the promise they would hide those other 33,000+ calls the best they could to save him some dignity I imagine. But I bet they come to light eventually. It might be after the COI meets, but I bet they don't hide them forever.

He stated on July 17, 2017 that Hugh Freeze was the right man for the job and had installed 'the culture that's right for our university'.

On July 20, 2017, Bjork announced Freeze had resigned "after confirming a pattern of misconduct inconsistent with the standard of this university.”

Keep in mind, Bjork had already been made aware of Hugh's phone records and the call to the hooker.

They are one ethically challenged bunch up there.

It surreal and would make a good movie. They've been great manipulators for years. The got overconfident with it and now it's killing them.

They've had so many chances to take a L and cut their losses. But each step of the way, they doubled down on swindling and lost again.

If Freeze hadn't dared the sports world to call his bluff on Twitter. If Freeze hadn't been so greedy to flipmas Tunsil's agent. If they'd just taken a L on some NCAA stuff. If the they'd just spent zero dollars apologizing to Nutt.

Schools cheat and occasionally get caught. I thought they got caught because they were "new money" that didn't know how to behave with it. Not only don't they know how to spend cheating money, but it's clear they don't know how to be guilty either.

For all the shit we gave Bracky Brett, at least he knew how to be guilty. (Sorry, Hack)

Hewie Freeze And The Network (sounds like a 80s band) are at fault for the cheating. But their administration is at fault for losing the coach. (Although his personal issues would have caught up with him eventually).

Well, compliance actually agreed to some things in the final report that did not happen. Many of the supporting details in the final NCAA report were wildly inaccurate and overstated. No matter how you slice it, it was managed better than Ole Miss has handled this mess though.

Barney knows it wasn't just him - Hugh knows it wasn't just him. As Barney said, they were all in it together, and there are some folks in high places that aren't taking the blame like they should. I have a feeling ole Barney will eventually talk.

Can one conclude from that that Bjork was made aware, through one of his helpers sifting through Freeze's phone records, of some really terrible thing between his statement on Monday and the firing on Thursday? Or was Bjork just blowing smoke on Monday?

Rumor mill supports this opinion; Barney supposedly about to get litigious as well.
