Stumbled across this at the rant... too good not to share...
"As long as they can play pretend country club rich, wear polos, delude themselves into thinking that a well manicured campus with brick buildings is exclusive to Ole Miss, eat cold chicken fingers on their grandmas china, rent chandeliers for their tents, think that an obnoxiously thick southern accent shows a sign of old southern wealth, that even though their school is ranked at or near the bottom of the SEC academically that they are somehow a small private Southern Ivy, or even though their wealth is a fraction of most SEC schools that they are somehow the wealthiest alumni base in the South...
As long as they have that, I think they'll be fine."
