I think all the ole miss commits that magically move in to play their last year or two in oxford is the more intriguing angle.

Business decision: Would you take a pay cut to play in the minors, even the high minors, when you still would have a chance at getting drafted 3 years later?

They had a couple of legacies and a few of those guys were legitimately from Oxford. Then they beat the draft for a couple of guys- it was a perfect storm more than anything.
That said, I do question how they a commitment from Joe Gray who was leaning to us but I don't think it's a big deal because he is going pro.
