And I'm one of them. If you live near the coast you can see the ISS fly over. At 8:46 look to the east it will appear at 11 degrees above the horizon, travel to the north east at a 25 degree arc for 5 minutes and disappear in the NE sky. Look for a white object traveling very fast, It's cool as shi*. You can go to NASA Spot the Space Station, type in your Zip Code and it will tell you when it appears over you.
