Weather permitting I'm fishing some new water Saturday morning in the yak. I've been wanting to get to the marsh in Goula for some time. Target fish will be redfish. This area:

I've never fishing been up there but I've seen boats all over the marsh and canals. If you really want to find out where the hotspots are go to Wayne Lees grocery on Telephone Road you can always get info from the owner, and the best Meat selection on the Coast.

Oh I forgot one major item. If you go anywhere near Ingalls you will be searched and detained by dudes and dudettes with big weapons.

I'm around this area and fairly familiar with the part of the marsh you outlined. Several inches on rain has muddied the water and created some challenging conditions for the short time being.
