Well to clarify a part of this, it was the investigation in Oxford that led the NCAA to Saunders at ULL. The interviews originally conducted at ULL was about questions while he was at UNM and UNM attorneys were present even at the first interview.

So no one knows specifically the reason it began aside from general complaints from sister NCAA institutions.
