Nobody tipped off Nutt's attorney for those days. Those requested days were made by the attorney for Freeze and Bjork's phone logs because that was when they are alleging they called the media and lied about the NOA. It is called, your sins will find you out.

Nutt pulled those days because that was when the NOA was coming out and the phone calls to reporters were happening. It was not random and did not need to be tipped. Then supposedly Nutt's attorney shared the list with Rosebowl, with whom he had been having discussions. Reputedly Rosebowl, checked all the numbers and discovered the escort service and let Nutt's lawyer know. There is no reason to think that there was a "set up" by others at UNM.

I have always thought when the time came OM was gonna dump everything on Freezus. That they left themselves an out or trap door long ago and he just never knew about the trap door of course. Maybe this is that trap door. It's not like this one phone call actually led them to five years of shadiness that they previously had no idea about like they are saying it did. This 1 phone # had nothing to do with it, Bjork said that the questions about this number made them go back and look at all of Freezes phone records. I'm guessing that they found a rather large amount of phone calls for hair appointments at a certain hair salon. This explains the remark by Bjork that "this has nothing to do with the NCAA investigation, but rather this is between coach Freeze and his family." Freeze was threatened to be fired for violation of 'moral terpitude' and that my friends is what infidelity is.
