Lack of Institutional Control is way too mild and generalized for what OM has been doing.
In a way, though, this is not as bad as what I suspected, which was whoring out their own students for visiting recruits. Hiring outside help for this is a better look for OM, even if it happens to be illegal.
Cars, sex, money, houses, drugs ...Is there even a chance this isn't a bigger dumpster fire than SMU?
(As long as the "escorts" were over 14 or so, Penn State is probably safe at the pinnacle of college football corruption.)
