And knowing how Ole Miss works, Hugh and whatever John Doe rogue booster was along for the ride probably framed the girls to the recruits as Ole Miss students probably that lived in Tampa. Read Forde's article. Freeze says he was in an "813 Area Code" (Tampa) and dialed a "313 number" Detroit.

The article also says the number "through various websites" was tied to a Tampa area escort service.

So Freeze was in Tampa and ordered a Tampa escort. He just had to call a Detroit number to do it.
