Why didn't they promote their Million dollar coordinator to HC?

Racism? Realism? Or Luke being so dialed in there for so long that they try to continue the Culture of Corruption?

Apparently he was promised the job a while back if anything ever happened to Freeze to keep him from going to South Carolina. But heck if I were him I would be calling Cutt to see if he could get a job with him again. The fans don't want him and they will all be let go in due time.

I think Luke is in too deep with Ole Miss so I'm not sure going to Duke would save him.

If you are talking about Wesley McGriff, then you are talking about a recruiter and player-getter that used to work at U of Miami. We should love this to happen. Also, his NCAA rap sheet is not too clean.

He overlapped the final stages of the Nevin Shapiro years of wild corruption at Miami.

I think you answered your own question, Spidey. Lol. I'm going with CoC.

I, personally, don't care what I promised anyone. I would be doing what I could to get on the good side of the NCAA now. And with Luke facing possible punishment from them very soon, I wouldn't have chosen him. I thought it would be Longo because of that reason.

Longo would have been an odd choice. He has never been an OC at the D-I level. Luke and McGriff are the most qualified. I figured they might go with McGriff because of how much they were paying him plus I figured the interim title might be an incentive. Luke makes sense because he is a die hard Ole Miss person and is willing to do whatever and knows how the Network works.

Whoever edited my topic, undo it. I was talking Mcgriff. The one they paid a million who had never called a defense and at the time was making more than any DC in the SEC except Pruitt

I understand Luke completely, but being listed in the NOA's I wouldn't have done it. I meant McGriff I guess, whichever one they paid a ton of money to to come be a coordinator.

McGriff might be in there too. The problem is their entire staff is either dirty or totally unqualified.

McGriff isn't even qualified to be a DC...
