Lawsuit was dropped the day before SECMD2017. Questions were asked to freeze about the call that day. No way the got the numbers that quickly, which means they likely got them from a FOIA request. Not from a subpoena. Freeze's personal phone records will come via subpoena. It's unlikely those have been received yet. We've only seen reports about phone calls from his university phone, but we do know additional time frames and his other phone(s) records have been requested.
