Has any journalist not come out in defense of Nutt and this lawsuit?

when this first surfaced, I was like "meh". but now it really seems to be growing legs and seems to be putting more syrup on the COI pancakes.

Exactly -- Bully 13..... The case was cut and dry when the ink dried on the papers....

ONLY the fools at OM cannot/chose not to read the contractual agreement.....

From the first link, Mimi....
"To summarize: Freeze is alleged to have overseen a program that paid out prospects $20,000 in cash and extra benefits. He and Ole Miss are charged with lack of institutional control. Because he should have known any or all of this was going on, Freeze could be suspended up to a full season.
And now, before the details of the case were even public in January 2016, the lawsuit says Ole Miss was allegedly spinning their case to the media to help save its recruiting class."

The smear campaign began before the release of the NOA??
If so...that's 2 contracts broken right there.

Even AFTER the 1st NOA, the idiots/fools/etc did NOT stop the illegal recruiting... The weekend before signing day 2016 -- there were young men who were 'GIVEN' escorts for the weekend... What the HELL????? JUST STOP...

Even the mess at New Hope High School, where their recruit - threw the MSU hat across the room- it was orchestrated by an PRESENTLY EMPLOYED OM Recruiter/coach and a booster, yes those dates are in 2017... AFTER the January 2017 -- NOA

I doubt that's an NCAA violation, but if it was indeed orchestrated by OM it was pretty classless.

No it is not... just that the Recruiter did something illegally.... and so did the booster and his wife. These issues do not seem to be in the NOA nor is the recruiter mentioned from what I read....
