Got a copy but am not sharing bc I don't have permission to, but I will say it masterfully calls out Freeze on his bullshit. Paragraph 33 is HIIIIILARIOUS.

Still skimming but gist of it is that the university, mainly Freeze, manipulated the media to spread false narratives to protect himself and recruiting class at the expense of Nutt. Will he be able to prove damages? I don't care but this is a damn haymaker to the righteous Freeze. He's going to be so pissy I Doubt he shows up tomorrow.

If Ole Miss were to say, try and get ahead of all the news coming out (which in and of itself is laughable I know) and self imposed more sanctions, say a 2 year bowl ban, would that free up SAs to immediately transfer or would that ban need to come from the NCAA in order to allow players to transfer and become eligible immediately?

I just think if I were going for good PR since the narrative is now that we lied to athletes who signed with us in 2017 and there is the more-than-likely probability that a two (or more) year ban is coming, a good move would be to say to the public "we screwed up and to prove our remorse we are initiating a two year ban and athletes that feel like they have been lied to are free to transfer."

I know this is a pipe dream, but the eligibility is what has me curious.
