John is about 6'4" or 5" if I remember correctly and I hear he is a brilliant attorney. Considering he is a Dawg I assume John will give 100% effort plus that additional 10% for special cases.

Ummm public defenders are only appointed in criminal matters. And there are some great attorneys in this state that work as PDs. That being said, they've gotten themselves some well respected lawyers. Good for them

Given how Miller's motion to dismiss cut the the lawsuit to shreds it really shows how weak of a case Merkel presented. It's clear the case was filed to intimidate. It's a prime example of why Mississippi is so far behind economically.

Leo's attorney speaks &, as you may have guessed, it's an unwinnable case for Rebel Rags.

Leo's attorney says, "Leo denies knowingly providing false statements."

So now, RR has to prove that, not only did Leo provide false statements, he also knowingly did.

It's an unwinnable case. The entire basis of the case is intimidation & for Leo & Kobe to be deposed in an effort to hopefully change the NCAA findings.

It's fairly obvious that the OM administration is behind this lawsuit.
