as rushers.

1. Fitz

2. Hurts
3-14 the rest suck including Shay Shay the Shaviorson

Let's not forget this while being too busy throwing shade on our quarterback

I'd be prepared for Fitz to run the ball less this season. His back-up is a true freshman. I doubt he approaches the 195 carries in 2017.

I totally agree. Mullen has him on the Dak plan now

Lots of drops last season. His completion % should have been closer to 60%. Let the boy throw the ball.

Aeris can RTGDF until his tongue is hanging out.

I think Aeris is gonna have a big year 1,000+ yds

That is one good thing for sure- we'll get alot more mileage from the TB's. Aeris should play well and Gibson may have finally learned to pass block. Even DLee had a good Spring. Hill is electric with the ball- just depends how long it takes him to pass block

No need for Fitz to have 100 designed rushes this year. The irony about Fitz is his willingness to stand in the pocket and pass. If he started running on passing downs selectively he'd really be hell on a defense.

That's not a good thing with our smurf wide receiver corp.

Not saying our WR core needs improvement, but let's pump the breaks on the "height" issue.
6 of the top 10 leading NFL WR in yardage last year were all under 6'0
Gray, Mixon, Myles can be a solid trio. Just need a couple the underclassmen to step up .
Our depth and talent TE will help as well.

It's all about getting open and actually holding onto the damn ball. The rest is window dressing.

Let's take our best scoring option and not use him as much, haha...leave it to CDM man. Maybe 10% are designed runs...if the read is for Fitz to run he will do the same this season

I'm ok with it. The thing Fitzgerald does best is run the ball. I don't see a need to pull back on that just because he might get hurt. Let him do what he does best.

Exactly. If Mullen tries to have Fitz throw the ball 30 times a game from the pocket, I will lose my crap. Don't take the wheels away.

Honestly, the dude's a legit 6'5" 250. What's more likely to hurt him? Lowering his shoulder against a 5'11" 180lb DB or getting smashed by a 6'3", 280lb DL? Let him run if he wants to. He's going to punish more than he's going to be punished.

EDIT: Meant to say that I agree with you 100%.

I want to see 2 TE sets exploiting the middle of the field with these bruiser TE's we have

I want to see some 4 and 5 TE sets... not sure on college rules how many is allowed but if it is only 3 we need to change some numbers and get them some WR numbers.
