This is correct.... LSU has 13 commits that are rated "3 Star" (per 247).... That's too big a number, especially this early....

They'll likely make some "cuts"....

Texas has been an enigma, unable to win with top recruiting classes. On the other hand, we would be giddy to have 9-4* and 13 3* lined up. A great problem to have in my opinion.
