Rosie seems to be implicating this.

This keeps getting sweeter.

If I were Mississippi, I 'd just say "17 it...we're getting outta the football bidness until a day in the 2030's when we can compete w/out cheating"

#defamation of "character"
#screwed coaching career

He also said from what he's seen that Nutt has ample evidence backing his claim and if he were Nutt there's not a chance in hell he'd settle and sign a non disclosure agreement. He'd let it all come out in court.

Could Nutt expose the Network or has that ship sailed?

he could name names. I'm sure the Network cancer has metastasized since those heady days of 2004-2012

What exactly is Nutt claiming? The heaviest allegation is Acedemic Fraud and that allegedly occurred under his watch. Is he trying to lay the blame of his extended unemployment in the coaching profession on OM's off the cuff public response to their initial NOA back in 2016?

defamation of character

loss of wages

His coaching character took a massive hit when he managed to tally up a whopping 8-16 record his last two seasons. Now the NCAA alleges Academic Fraud under his watch. He hasn't been able to attract a program for a coaching vacancy in over 5 yrs. I don't see how he can lay the blame for his unemployment on comment Bjork made 18 months ago?

Ole miss ran around publicly blaming Houston Dale for all of their NOA problems for at least a year or until the NOA was finally released. Y'all don't remember them publicly trashing him for so long until the public had to be informed, and found out no it was mostly infractions under the current regime. If I were him, which I wouldn't be, I'd be highly pissed at them too. And if he can get depositions alluding to what all was going on up there I'm all in favor of it.

When a school pays off a person "leaving" usually there is other "paperwork" -- just guessing -- a breach of some sort of contract... along with Defamation of Character, and slander -- thus all equal Loss Wages... BIG WAGE LOSS.... :D

Psst... One doesn't hire one of the very best employment attorneys for nothing....

Lawyers will take on a bs case all the time hoping to intimidate into a settlement. Hell, look at the rebel rags suit. But in this case, Steve seems to think Nutt has a pretty strong case based on what he's seen.

A pissed off Nutt, who came in after DACOACHO (and Freeze as recruiting coordinator), and then was replaced by Freeze, who knows so many of the players in their booster network, many of whom have been heppin' for a long, long time....sounds like a goldmine of information that could come out in deposition or open court.

Nutt could really burn them Terry Bowden style....talking about how he had to do his job with his hands tied because of the booster network and institutional cheating.

Let me grab my popcorn.
