He's 1st in the state, 2nd in the SEC, and 19th in the nation.

Personally I don't think Mike Leach is better than Mullen but I can see how they would come up with that.

Mullen is definitely a better coach that Mark Richt at 14. I could move him to #14.

I'm not sure about the James Franklin either. He did a great job a Vandy but I'm still not sold on him yet. I'll wait to see what happens long term at Pedo State.

I have no problem with the rest of the top 10.

Franklin did win the Big 10 Championship last year.

If the #2 ranked coach in the SEC was at LSU, Florida, or Georgia (maybe a couple more), he would be ranked a lot higher than 19. In one way it's a great compliment to Coach Mullen but in another way it's a little bit of an insult to him and to Mississippi State. One thing it for sure does is drive the Rebels nuts.
