This guy has a powerhouse at emcc. Should we consider offering him a job? His background is offense and Dan pretty much runs the offense so he would mainly just coach them to run dans offense. Buddy has to be a good coach to have his success

Maybe the Texas job but you'd have to think they are going the defensive minded route after what shitty BYU and Ole Miss teams did to them.

Hard to imagine anything better than us that would consider him. Most jobs opening up are the highest profile and we are tier 2 which could work in our advantage.

Morris is the best offensive mind in College Football and if we cant get him then we need to hire someone proven. Maybe Rich Rodriguez

Regardless of how his tenure at Texas went whoever we hire i hope they consider Manny Diaz. his defences here were pretty good.

I agree he could coach Dline probably. Our D could be nasty next year, Gerri Green will be our Patrick Willis type of LB if we can hold on to him.

Big Bama booster (as in 50 yard line, 10th row seats) told me they fear Texas will throw $50M at Saban.

I've heard from big time TX boosters it's a $100M, 10 year offer. He can quit whenever he wants... so if he retires in 5 or 10 it doesn't matter. They want it to be his last job.

and if anyone hires Manny Diaz over Collins they should be fired before they ever coach a game.

If saban goes to texas, they will win multiple titles. No one to challenge him in big12 and unbelievable talent base. If it happens, the sec will be great conference but no longer the only conference

I'd want Collins running show, but Diaz as subordinate co dc. He did a good job here.
