He made a comment that the NCAA can not be very happy with the lawsuit and how the bearsharks are handling this.
Said the SEC can't be happy either.

Love they keep digging that hole......

Even Cross said why would Leo lie with immunity present. Basically implied, conceded there was no reason to lie.

They didn't talk long about all this but made some points that was not favorable to the bearsharks.

This is what people don't understand. When the NCAA grants someone immunity, they already know the answer to the question(s) before they even ask them. The first thing the investigative branch has to do is go before the COI and lay out why they want to grant immunity to an individual and present the COI with the information they have accumulated and why gathering information from the person granted immunity will solidify their case. The COI then either grants or denies the investigative branches request.

The idiots wearing red and blue think Dan Mullen called the NCAA and told them he had 2 players who had damning information to share. I was happy to let this thing drag out for a year longer, but I'm about ready for the NCAA to put them out of their misery and give them something else to cry about.....like a 2 yr minimum bowl ban and 40 over 4, with several show causes and one glorious suspension.

They are just confirming what they have learned.

Bingo! They only grant immunity when they've got the goods! The immunity is granted for more nails in the coffin. It's not the reverse like the idiots up north want everyone to believe.
