OT: Need a mortgage broker/bank in the Mobile, AL area

I need the name for someone buying a home in Fairhope, Alabama.
The bank they are talking with seems helpful but 8k in costs (fees, taxes, appraisal, etc) on a 390k mortgage seems a bit pricey.
