Let's say this thing moves forward. Attorneys for the players are going to request a change of venue. Thats a given and it will likely be granted. Then comes discovery which will take months and months. There will be other motions filed. No way this fiasco really moves forward in a courtroom before 2019.
The NCAA COI rules this Fall. Disassociation will happen before that case ever gets moving.
