I fully realize that this is neither here nor there at this juncture, but I looked at Gambler'sPalace.com and saw that their biggest long shot to win the CWS was Davidson at 10K to 1, with us being 2nd longest at 5500 to 1 and Vandy being 3rd at 5K to 1.
I know I'm seeing through maroon and white glasses but, even given our erratic performance history this season, I thought we would be alittle higher up the ladder than that. I suppose it just means we have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Need to be balls-to-the-wall, hair on fire!
